Building Emotional Stability and Confidence in Teens
A 12-session program for overachieving teens will build confidence, resilience, and emotional safety, experiencing a lasting sense of well-being.
It is a facilitator-structured program designed to help young teens dig deep through interactive sessions, this curriculum encourages students to take responsibility for their emotions and choices, equipping them with practical tools to navigate real-life challenges.
